What is your delivery area?
Our standard delivery area extends up to 8 miles (approx. 13 kilometers) around Downtown Chicago. This ensures your empanadas arrive hot and fresh. However, if your location is outside this radius, we may still be able to accommodate you! Please contact us via email or fill out our Special Request Form. Depending on the size of your order and the requested delivery time, we will make every effort to find a feasible delivery solution.
What is the minimum order size?
To ensure the highest quality and delivery efficiency for our catering clients, our minimum order size is 20 empanadas (equivalent to 10 people, based on our recommended serving of 2 empanadas per person). How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order between 8 and 24 hours in advance. This timeframe allows us to guarantee the freshness and quality of your empanadas.
If you have a larger order or are planning a special event, please order as far in advance as possible.
Last-Minute Orders: If you need a catering order at the last minute, please contact us immediately via email before placing your purchase. We will do our absolute best to confirm our availability and fulfill your request as soon as possible (ASAP).
What is the delivery fee?
Our standard delivery fee within the 8-mile Downtown Chicago radius is $30 USD. This flat fee covers the professional handling and guaranteed punctual delivery of your order. You can add a tip for our delivery team either during the online checkout process or when the order is delivered. If your delivery is outside our standard service area, the fee may be adjusted, which will be communicated in your special quote.
Are there options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, absolutely. We offer several delicious vegetarian options, such as our Spinach, Humita, and Caprese empanadas, which can be easily selected through our Catering Menu. For severe allergies or specific dietary needs (e.g., vegan or gluten-free requests), we ask that you please fill out our Special Request Form or contact us via email before ordering.
